The Department of Samurdhi Development is playing a major role in creating a poverty-free and empowered Sri Lanka. A lot of money has been spent on physical development and human development is also very important to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, it is planned to organize 08 training workshops in the Yatinuwara Divisional Secretariat Division to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the participants in the Samurdhi societies and Samurdhi small groups consisting of Samurdhi beneficiary families.
