In order to maximize community participation in development processes aimed at poverty alleviation and social empowerment, it is essential to develop field officers as trainers involved in those programs. There is an urgent need to make the community aware of the services of field and rural level field officers involved in the development activities of the community. The Rural Development Training and Research Institute is planning to provide the following training programs for the year 2021 by identifying trainees associated with development activities related to poverty alleviation and social empowerment to meet that urgent need.
