The Rural Development Training and Research Institute has recruited and absorbed officers for training and research activities at various times. Depending on their length of service as well as subject proficiency, performance may be lower. Therefore, it is expected to design and implement training programs covering the areas of training methodology, research methodology, counseling, enjoyment and overcoming challenges through attitude development.
In the year 2021, training programs are planned to be conducted by more suitable resource persons after developing the curriculum based on the need assessment based on the personal need, institutional need and job need. Through these training programs
