தேசிய அபிவிருத்தியில் தோள் கொடுத்து செயற்படும் அரச மற்றும் அரச சார்பற்ற துறையிலுள்ள உத்தியோகத்தர்களது அறிவு, திறன் மற்றும் மனப்பாங்கை அபிவிருத்தி செய்வதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு இப்பயிற்சிப் பிரிவு செயற்படுகின்றது. சமூகத்தினருடன் செயற்படுகின்ற இவ்வுத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்குத் தேவையான பயிற்சிகளை வழங்குவதும் அதன் மூலம் அவர்களை ஆக்கத்திறன் மிக்க அபிவிருத்தி செயற்பாட்டாளர்களாக மாற்றுவதற்கான சந்தர்ப்பங்களை வழங்குவதும் இதன் மூலம் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகின்றது. அதனடிப்படையில் அவர்களுக்குப் பொருத்தமான பல பயிற்சி நிகழ்ச்சிகள் பயிற்சிப் பிரிவினரால் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. எண்ணக்கரு தொடர்பிலும் நடைமுறை அனுவங்கள் தொடர்பிலும் பல வருட அனுபவங்களைக் கொண்ட வளவாளர் குழாம் இப்பயிற்சி நெறிகளை நடாத்துகின்றது. எமது நிறுவனத்தின் மூலம் நடாத்தப்படுகின்ற வருடாந்த பயிற்சி நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்காக, எமக்கு கிடைக்கின்ற விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களுக்கமைய பயிற்சிகள் ஒழுங்கமைக்கப்படுவதுடன் அபிவிருத்தித் துறையில் உள்ள, அரச மற்றும் அரச சார்பற்ற துறை உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் மற்றும் சமூக செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் இப்பயிற்சிகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

In order to maximize the community participation in development processes targeting poverty alleviation and social empowerment, improving the knowledge of field officers involved in such programmes. This includes the training capacity development related to main sectors of social mobilization, community based organization management, participatory leadership skills development, household management and family development, use of revolving funds, enterprise development through social mobilization, planning and management of community participatory projects, and micro finance management. |
