Project evaluation and monitoring process implemented under the Integrated Rural Development Programme (IRDP)

The Rural Development Training and Research Institute (RDTRI) conducted an evaluation and monitoring process for projects implemented under the Integrated Rural Development Programme (IRDP). Projects across six selected districts were monitored, and study reports were prepared after assessing project progress, quality, outcomes, and challenges encountered.

குடும்பங்களை இலக்காகக் கொண்ட அபிவிருத்தி அணுகுமுறையாக மனை முகாமைத்துவம் மற்றும் குடும்ப அபிவிருத்தி என்பன ஆராய்ச்சி பிரிவின் ஊடாக செயற்பாடுகளுடன் கூடிய நிகழ்ச்சித் திட்டமாக கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டது. அவ்வாறே 2000 ஆம் ஆண்டில் கனேடிய சர்வதேச அபிவிருத்தி நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து ஆண் பெண் சமூக எண்ணக்கருவை அபிவிருத்தி திட்டங்களில் உள்ளடக்கும் தேசிய மட்டத்திலான பயிற்சி மற்றும் ஆய்வு நடவடிக்கைகளில் நிறுவனம் தன்னை ஈடுபடுத்திக் கொண்டது. சுமார் 40 வருட காலப்பகுதியில் கிராம அபிவிருத்தி மற்றும் வறுமை ஒழிப்பு தொடர்பான பரந்த துறைகளூடாக செயற்பாட்டு ரீதியான ஆராய்ச்சிகள், சமூக ரீதியான ஆராய்ச்சிகள், தொகை மதிப்பு மற்றும் விடய ஆய்வு போன்ற ஆய்வு நடவடிக்கைகளிலும், அனுவங்களைப் பகிரும் செயலமர்வுகளிலும், திறந்த விவாதங்களிலும் தனது புதிய அறிவினை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளும் நடவடிக்கைகளிலும், ஆராய்ச்சி அறிக்கைகளை வெளியிடுவதிலும் 'சத்ய' உண்மை என்ற பத்திரிகையை வெளியிடுவதிலும் ஆராய்ச்சிப் பிரிவு தனது செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்கின்றது.

එළවළු ගොවීන්ගේ නිෂ්පාදන හා අලෙවි ගැටළු හඳුනා ගැනීමේ සමීක්ෂණය	ආර්ථික වශයෙන් සවිමත් එළවළු ගොවියන් නිර්මාණය කිරීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය උපාය මාර්ග ඇතිකිරීම සඳහා දායක වීම.
විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතා ඇති දරුවන් සිටින පවුල් මුහුණ දෙනු ලබන සමාජ ආර්ථික ගැටළු පිළිබඳ සිද්ධි අධ්‍යයනය	ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතා සහිත දරුවන් සිටින පවුල් මුහුණපාන සුවිශේෂි සමාජ ආර්ථික ගැටළු හඳුනා ගැනීම හා ඒ සඳහා විකල්ප පසු විපරම් යෝජනා ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම.

Action research program to identify the socio-economic impact of the Samurdhi Production Model Villages and Prosperity Production Cluster Villages and to strengthen the development process.

Ministry of Samurdhi, Home Economics, Microfinance, Self-Employment and Business Development, Ministry of Prosperity Production Village Programs with the objective of building a prosperous country that achieves the social, economic and environmental well-being of the community by making the concept of “Beautiful Villages” a reality by 2021. Impact of the Samurdhi Development Villages and Prosperous Cluster Villages Achieved by the Department of Samurdhi Development and the Ministry of Agriculture implemented under this Ministry during the last 03 years with the objective of improving the living standards of the community, promoting export products and meeting the local consumption needs. Study has the potential to further strengthen the existing development process in those villages.

Accordingly, the Rural Development Training and Research Institute has the potential to study in depth the impact on the living standards of the community in the manufacturing villages and has the potential to further strengthen the development process in these villages.Therefore, out of the 200 villages where the Samurdhi Production Villages and Prosperity Production Cluster Programs were implemented, 50 villages identified in the districts of Kandy, Kurunegala, Kegalle, Matale, Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara were studied and the socio-economic change that has taken place in those villages and the development process. The Institute of Rural Development Training and Research has come forward to improve the living standards of the community by contributing to strengthening.
