On May 7, 2024, another impactful training workshop titled 'Empowering the Youth Community through Entrepreneurship and Leadership' took place at the Pilimatalawa Centre of the Rural Development Training and Research Institute. This session engaged Youth Services Officers, Samurdhi Managers, and Development Officers from the Divisional Secretariats of the Kandy District. The resources for this event were generously provided by Mr. Saman Vaduge (Retd.) of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. Noteworthy attendees included the Deputy Director of the Rural Development Training and Research Institute and Training and Research Officer, Mrs. Premani Daswatte.
